Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

<br>- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

<br>step 1: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour to form a smooth paste. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
